Galatia High School Seniors! Next Tuesday, May 19th at 11am, we ask that you drive through the circle lot at the high school. We will be handing out your cap and gowns as well as a goodie bag. You are required to stay in your vehicle. We will bring the items to you. Safe distancing and other safety measures will be in place. If you cannot make this time, please contact Ms. Harbin at mharbin@galatiak12.org or Mr. Vinyard at bvinyard@galatiak12.org to make other arrangements after this time.
7/8 grade Chapter 10 math work (10.1-10.3) is due on or before Friday, May 15. Email work to plallen@galatiak12.org or drop off at the high school.

If you have received notification that you were a scholarship recipient of any kind, please send me an email (alaunius@galatiak12.org) to make sure that I have that down for the program. HEY Galatia High School Staff and Students! We will be missing several of our usual pages in the yearbook BUT I would love to fill those with pictures of students and staff during this pandemic. Please send pictures of every day life that has continued during this time! Galatia Students, Parents, and Community: Galatia School District has been discussing many options for graduation during this closure. As we have been telling you, guidance from the state is updated daily and therefore things can change. At this time, no in-person or drive-through graduation ceremony is allowed via directions from the Illinois State Board of Education. We have decided to postpone the original graduation date of May 16th, to a date in June (TBA) in hopes that an in-person graduation ceremony can be held at that time. IF we are not able to hold an in-person graduation at that time, we will be looking into a digital format for graduation. We are very sorry to not be able to give you finalized plans yet. This issue is very important to all of us and we will do everything in our power to make it happen.
As of right now, the school is working on a Scholarship Banquet video to release electronically mid-late May. Thank you.
