Update on SIJHSAA Volleyball Regional: Our bracket has changed; attached is the new schedule.
The Jr Lady Bearcats will host a double header on 2/22 beginning @ 4:30; on 2/25 they will host NCOE @ 6:00; they will wrap up their regular season on 2/26 vs Carrier Mills @ 4:30. Attached is their 2021 SIJHSAA Volleyball Regionals Bracket, hosted by Ewing, beginning Monday, March 1.

Galatia schools will be closed for the week beginning Tuesday, February 16th. If weather and road conditions change where we can safely open school buildings we will notify parents at that time. We look forward to seeing students back next Monday. You do not need to log in for remote learning.
The JH boys basketball game @ Crab Orchard has been cancelled for today (2/15) and will now be played on 3/1 @ Galatia.

Senior Spotlight: Natalie Triplett
All activities for Galatia Schools are cancelled due to continued icy conditions for Friday, February 12th. There will be no games, remote learning, or credit recovery.
Due to continued icy conditions, Galatia schools will not be in session on Thursday, February 11, 2021.
No school tomorrow Wednesday, Feb 10th. Practices and games are cancelled also.
Tonight’s 2/9 home HS girls varsity only basketball game vs Wayne City has been rescheduled and will be played on 2/23 @ 4:30 pm.
The HS girls and boys basketball games scheduled for 2/9 have been cancelled until further notice.
Galatia schools will not be in session on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 due to inclement weather. Additionally, there will be no remote learning on Tuesday. This will be a traditional snow day.

Tonight’s (2/8) HS boys basketball and JH boys basketball games have been moved up to 5:00.
