Attention grades 5-8 JH baseball players: Open field dates for the 2021-22 season are July 15 and 19-22 from 5:30-7:30. Tryouts will be held on July 23 from 5:30-7:30. Offical practice begins July 26. Current physicals and permission forms/waivers must be on file prior to practice.
Galatia CUSD #1 is looking for a bus driver and/or an individual who would serve as both a bus driver and individual aide to a student. Both positions offer a competitive wage and benefit package. Interested individuals should contact Shain Crank, Superintendent at (618) 297-4570. Individuals must have a license to drive a school bus or be willing to be certified to drive a school bus.

2021-2022 School Update.
High school boys interested in playing golf will need to be at Eldorado’s golf course on Tuesday, July 20 @ 8:00 am. Girls golf information will be sent out as soon as possible.
JH baseball open field begins Tuesday, July 13 from 5:30PM-7:30PM for students entering grades 6-8.

Galatia School Registration for the 2021-2022 upcoming year will be held Thursday July 29 from noon to 7pm at the High School cafeteria. This include all grades Kindergarten through Senior. HMC Clinic in Harrisburg will be hosting Operation Back 2 School on Saturday, July 17 from 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM (Eldorado Primary Care will also host a similar event on July 24). - Classes begin on June 7 and end on July 29.
- The last day to drop with a full refund is June 11 by 11:59 PM. We do NOT offer partial refunds after this date.
o NOTE: Offices are closed on Friday, June 11; however, students may still drop on this date by emailing admissions@sic.edu or calling 618-252-540, ext. 4120. As long as the email or voicemail is date stamped on or before June 11, we will honor the full refund drop.
