Today’s (4/11) Baseball game at GHS has been cancelled.
On Wednesday, April 13 the Junior class will be taking the SAT, and the Sophomore and Freshman classes will take the PSAT. It is extremely important that the students are present and that they arrive at Galatia High School by 8 AM. Testing sessions will begin between 8:15-8:30 AM, no one is permitted in the testing room once testing has started.
Juniors will complete their SAT around 1 PM unless accommodations have been approved for an extended time. Juniors will be able to leave school AFTER testing is completed if you give your child permission to leave early. Otherwise, your student will not be permitted to leave early.

The HS baseball game on 4/22 @ Pope Co will be played at Rent One Park, 4:30 start (SB will still travel to Pope Co). The HS SB game vs Hardin Co on 4/27 will be played at Rent One Park, 4:30 start (BB will still host HC @ GHS). Be sure to come out & show support for our Galatia-Thompsonville Bearcats!

In an effort to attract new people, the IHSA is offering their first-ever Officiating 101 courses in our area. DuQuoin High School – April 27 – 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Marion High School – April 28 – 7:00-9:00 p.m. Mt. Vernon High School – April 30 – 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. The Officiating 101 course is FREE! There is no advanced registration. Those who are interested can simply show up.

Today's (4/6) softball game has been moved to Hamilton Co, 4:30 start. The baseball game has been cancelled, boys will practice at GHS @ 3:45. Tomorrow (4/7), HS BB/SB will travel to Hardin Co, 4:30 start time.
