Thank you to all of the families that came to the carnival and helped support the drama club. We loved to see all of the kids and their families having a great time. High school boys baseball practice and parent meeting scheduled for this afternoon have been postponed.

Favorite memory from high school - My favorite memory was our Halloween Dress-Up Day my Junior Year when Mr. Morgan was dubbed the true King of Math.
Plans after high school - I plan on going into Crime Scene Investigation.
Advice for future seniors - Enjoy your senior year. You only get one shot at it, so take advantage of it.

Tonight is 8th grade night for junior high volleyball. Come out and support the girls for their last home game of the season. We will be celebrating our 8th grade players before the varsity game. C game starts at 5:15 with jv and varsity to follow at the grade school gym.
Due to heavy rain in Florida over the past weekend, the 7th grade Strawberry Fundraiser delivery will be delayed. The delivery will be moved to the week of March 18th. We are sorry for inconvenience this causes.
Due to the chance of severe weather the school board meeting has been moved to 6:00 p.m.
Out of an abundance of caution for high winds and potential storms, tonight's junior high volleyball game at Eldorado has been postponed.
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be on Thursday, March 14 and Friday, March 15. On the 14th, students will dismiss at 2:00 and conferences will be from 3:30-6:30. On the 15th, there will be NO SCHOOL and conferences will be from 8:00-11:00. If you have any questions, please contact your student's school office.

The GHS Drama Club will be performing Disney's Beauty and the Beast Jr. on March 22nd and 23rd. Tickets go on sale Monday, February 26th and can be purchased at the high school. Reserved seats in the first 5 rows are $10 each and general admission tickets are $5 each.
There will be a mandatory parent meeting for HS softball on February 29th at 6:00pm. The meeting will be held at the softball field, weather permitting.
For any high school boys interested in playing baseball this spring, high school baseball tryouts will be held on Monday, 2/26 at 3:30.
This week, we are celebrating National FFA Week. We start off by recognizing our Conduct of Chapter Meetings team on their first place win in the Section 25 contest. They now move on to compete at district. We also want to recognize Wyatt, Tristen, and Shelby on winning first place in Section 25 proficiency awards, they also move on to district. Congratulations!
