Sabrina's bus route will not run tomorrow morning or afternoon. This is for September 22 and Sabrina's route only. If you absolutely cannot make other arrangements to get your child(ren) to and from school tomorrow, please call the building secretary and we will help you make other arrangements.

Jr High boys basketball open gym on Saturday, September 18 will be at the GS gym from 9-11 AM.

We have partnered with IDPH to implement testing in our schools. Students will bring home testing consent forms today. Testing is not required. If you choose to sign the consent form you will still be contacted before your child is tested.

The volleyball game scheduled for Tuesday, September 21 @ GHS has been canceled.
See You at the Pole is on Wednesday, September 22nd at 7:40am at Galatia High School. Unfortunately, it will not be held at the Grade school this year. Also due to Covid, there will be no breakfast outside.
7th & 8th grade students have been given their first progress report. Progress reports will be sent in the mail for any student that has a D or F.

There will be open gym tonight (9/16) from 7-8:30 at the GS for students in grades 5-8 interested in JH boys basketball. There will also be open gym on Saturday, 9/18, time is TBA.

Attached is the 2021 SIJHSAA Regional Softball Bracket. First round games will be played at the top seeded team starting Tuesday, Sept. 21. The Jr Lady Bearcats will be traveling to Cypress/Buncombe, game time is TBA. Crab Orchard will host all semifinal games on Wednesday, Sept. 22 and the championship game on Friday, Sept. 24.
Attached is the 2021 SIJHSAA Baseball Regional Bracket. First round games will be played at the top seeded team. Galatia will host Crab Orchard on Monday, September 20 @ 4:30. The semi-final games & championship game are scheduled to be played @ Herrin park. The semifinal games are scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 21 and the championship game is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 23; game times have not been announced at this time.
