
High School Credit Recovery starts on Tuesday, June 1 at SIC. Students will need to be at SIC by 8:30 for the morning session and 12:30 for the afternoon session. Upon arrival students will go to the cafeteria in Building B and an SIC employee will show you where to go.

Reminder: 8th grade students going to Holiday World will need to be at the HS on Friday, May 28 @ 7:15 AM, the bus will leave at 7:30.

Graduating seniors and 8th graders, diplomas are ready to be picked up in the high school office this week between the hours of 8:00am-3:00pm as long as all graduation requirements have been met. Students who do not meet graduation requirements have been notified. Thank you!

Reminder: the sports banquet will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, May 25. The grade school/jr high will begin @ 5:00, HS @ 6:30. Lawn chairs are no longer needed, we will host the sports banquet in the HS gym.

SIC Summer Classes start June 7th (some start June 1st) - You need to check which date you start. Be sure to login in before that day, there is a new platform. If you have trouble contact Rachel Parish at rachel.parish@sic.edu .

*If any orientation videos are released by SIC be sure to watch.
* Use FalconMail (your SIC email) to email your instructors and check often, at least 3 times a week.

Fun Day 2021 at GGS


The watercolor wings have been installed in front of the cloud mural just in time for our seniors last day! The wings are made with watercolor feathers painted by our high school students. I want to give Allie Stricklin and Mariah Fletcher a BIG thank you for their help!!! #skysthelimit


Last night was Scholarship Awards. Class of 2021 has been awarded over $144,000. Also, recognized last night was Tate LaBarge for enlisting in the Army. We hope you always take the moments, hold on to them deeply and be grateful for all your moments. Congratulations!

Baccalaureate will be held at the FLOC tomorrow, Wednesday at 6:30pm. This is being held for this years seniors and last years seniors. Students will not be wearing their robes but should wear nice dress clothes. Everyone is invited. No stipulations!
Graduation is Friday night at Little Chapel Church. 8th grade is at 6 and seniors will be at 7 p.m. Graduation is open to the public.
